📑 Administrative / Service Assistants (Spain – Marbella, Mijas Costa and Alicante)
Type: Part-time (25 hrs per week)
Location: Office-based
Package: Salary + customer service bonus
This varied role involves supporting client services and the wider team with administration, scheduling, document handling, and office support. You will also assist interpreting at client appointments and provide day-to-day service support. Perfect for someone who is adaptable, professional, and thrives in a busy environment. Fluency in English & Spanish written and verbal, and driving licence is required for this role.
🖇️ Part-Time Office Administrator (UK – Milton Keynes)
Type: Part-time (20 hrs per week, 10am – 2pm, Mon–Fri)

🗂️ Service Coordinator (Spain – Malaga and Alicante)

Our Service Coordinators ensure a smooth client experience. They schedule and attend client appointments, liaise with service colleagues, authorities and collaborators, and are our clients point of contact throughout the service. This role suits someone who excels in customer services, who is organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities in a customer-focused environment. Fluency in English is required for this role and good Spanish proficiency is preferered.
💼 Financial & Tax (F&T) Service Coordinator (Spain)
Type: Full-time / Part-time (hours to be confirmed)

The F&T Service Coordinator manages and supports clients with a focus on our financical and tax services, ensuring smooth coordination of appointments, documentation, and compliance processes. 🌍 Relocation Consultant – Non-Lucrative Visa Service (UK & Spain)
Type: Full-time Employed or Self Employed
Location: Spain – Office Based / UK Hybrid – Office / Work from Home
Package: Base salary or Retainer + performance related pay
As a Relocation Consultant, you will guide clients through the process of planning their move, applying for a non-working visa and getting set up in Spain. You will provide ongoing support, and act as the main point of contact from initial enquiry to completion. This is a client-facing, consultative role requiring excellent communication skills and flexibility, including evening and weekend availability.

The Service Manager oversees end-to-end service delivery, working closely with consultants, service coordinators, and admin staff to ensure clients receive exceptional support throughout their relocation journey. This role includes active involvement with clients, auditing and quality-checking work, and driving customer satisfaction. Performance is measured not only on operational efficiency but also on maintaining a 5-star review rating and enhanced customer engagement by increasing the proportion of clients who share post-service reviews.

The Operations Manager holds overall responsibility for business performance in the UK, combining strategic oversight with hands-on management. Overseas Lifestyle Services is seeking an organised and proactive IT Support Technician to manage and maintain the company’s IT systems and digital infrastructure. This in-house role will ensure smooth day-to-day technical operations across our UK and Spain offices, including network maintenance, software and hardware support, data security, and systems troubleshooting.
