This role also involves identifying opportunities for additional services and managing a portfolio of client relationships from start to finish.
In addition to client-facing responsibilities, this role contributes to the in-office operations including administrative support, post handling, workspace upkeep, and team collaboration.

– Meet/exceed monthly new client targets (minimum 5 NLV/EU Family cases).
2. Client Account Management
– Maintain end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of clients.
– Serve as the client’s main point of contact throughout the relocation process.
– Provide support by phone, WhatsApp, and email, answering questions and offering updates.
– Keep the CRM and all communication logs accurate and up to date.
– Build strong relationships that result in positive reviews and repeat/referral business.
3. Service Delivery
– Work closely with the Service Coordinator and Admin and Service Assistants to ensure smooth handovers and clear instructions.
– Monitor client timelines and coordinate delivery of services (e.g. NLV Stage 1 & 2, TIE appointments, car registration).
– Proactively flag and resolve service issues or delays.
– Stay current with Spanish immigration regulations, consular requirements, and regional processes.
4. Office & Administrative Support
– Assist with general office tasks including post handling, scanning, filing, document prep, and workspace upkeep.

– Ensure shared resources (whiteboards, trackers, CRM) are updated and maintained.
– Collaborate with team members and external service providers to ensure a seamless client experience.
