Relocation Consultant – Non-Lucrative Visa Services (UK to Spain)
Location: Positions available – UK and Spain – Hybrid -primarily office based with some remote work
Hours: 40 hours per week including weekends
Reports to: Operations Manager
Compensation: Base salary / retainer + performance-based incentives
Role Purpose
OLS is the leading provider of relocation support services for retirees moving from the UK to Spain. Our flagship service for these non working individuals visa is end to end support with the Non-Lucrative Visa ‘NLV’ and setllement in Spain. The Relocation Consultant serves as a client-facing advisor and relationship manager, handling enquiries from prospective new clients, converting them into paying customers, and supporting them throughout the visa and relocation process. This role also involves identifying opportunities for additional services and managing a portfolio of client relationships from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Conversion & Consultative Sales
– Handle incoming enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
– Assess clients for eligibility and recommend suitable services.
– Conduct client meetings telephone, online and face to face including office, remote, home visits.
– Clearly explain processes, costs, timelines, and benefits of the NLV and related services.
– Follow up with prospects to convert them into paying clients.
– Meet/exceed monthly new client acquisition targets
2. Client Account Management
– Maintain end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of clients.
– Serve as the client’s main point of contact throughout the relocation process.
– Provide support by phone, WhatsApp, and email, answering questions and offering updates.
– Keep the CRM and all communication logs accurate and up to date.
– Build strong relationships that result in positive reviews and repeat/referral business.
3. Service Delivery
– Work closely with the Service Coordinator and Admin and Service Assistants to ensure smooth handovers and clear instructions.
– Monitor client timelines and coordinate delivery of services (e.g. NLV Stage 1 & 2, TIE appointments, car registration).
– Proactively flag and resolve service issues or delays.
– Stay current with Spanish immigration regulations, consular requirements, and regional processes.
4. Office & Administrative Support
– Assist with general office tasks including post handling, scanning, filing, document prep, and workspace upkeep.
– Support physical appointments, local errands (bank, post office), and document handovers.
– Ensure shared resources (whiteboards, trackers, CRM) are updated and maintained.
– Collaborate with team members and external service providers to ensure a seamless client experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
– Fluent English speaker; Spanish knowledge advantageous
– Experience in consultative sales, account management, or relocation support
– Empathetic, organised, and client-focused
– Comfortable working in a dynamic, customer-facing environment
– Familiarity with digital tools (CRM, cloud systems, communication platforms)
– Knowledge of Spanish immigration/residency processes desirable
– Driving licence and own transport
